Lambert Airport Expansion – Kinloch, MO

For this project, work consisted of the asbestos abatement and subsequent demolition of twenty-five residences and two church buildings located within the municipality of Kinloch, MO. A special consideration on this project was utilization of disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE). AMI worked with minority and WBE firms to meet the Airport Authority’s goals. The asbestos abatement work was performed under the supervision of a third-party consultant and performed according to the requirements of St. Louis County’s department of air pollution control.
